I was informed that you are no longer at your post faithfully guarding our safety and security. That is truly unfortunate as the positive attitude; professionalism and helpfulness you showed when we first looked at the property were significant factors in our choice of a place to relocate our company. You bring something extra to your job, and that is truly rare. Good luck in your next job, I'm certain you will be wildly successful.

It is very rare to find someone who can balance professionalism with a friendly personal flare, as you did so well. You always took the time to go the extra step, or do that little something special to make all of our business lives just a little bit easier.
We really miss having you downstairs in our building making us feel safe, and making our clients and customers feel welcome. Thank you for all that you did while you were here, and I, too, wish you all of the best in your future endeavors.

I want to thank you for all the efforts you put into your position as concierge, at 470 Park Avenue South. Your smile and pleasant greeting, not only in the morning but all day long is very much missed, as is your professional manner and appearance.
In addition, I thank you for the times you reached out to me as I have struggled without use of my left arm. A kind word, opening the door and helping me navigate the sidewalk crowd to the waiting car, meant more to me than words can say.
I wish you all the best for your future, during your time at 470 you gave it "CLASS"!

I have known Shyron Bynog for more than a year since my company moved into 470 Park Avenue South.
Shyron has always been very helpful to us and was our main point of contact in the building. We always knew that if we had a question or a problem Shyron would be able to help us. She was the person in charge and in my opinion she did an excellent job.
Shyron was also a very big help during the 2003 blackout. She was responsible for keeping the tenants informed and kept order in the building during this difficult time. Shyron helped with little things like coffee and blankets at a time when these minor things were very important.
During my one-year plus time at 470 Park Avenue South I have nothing but good experiences with Shyron. She is in my opinion a first class professional.

I am writing on behalf of Shyron Bynog, the former lobby attendant at the building where I have worked for the past 2-plus years, 470 Park Avenue South in New York City.
From the day I moved in until the day I last saw her a few weeks ago, Shyron was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt she was an asset to the building. She was certainly more than professional in her dealings with me and the associates who visited me at work, many of whom commented to me about Shyron's helpful attitude and friendly disposition.
I miss her presence already, and I wish she would return to her position.

Never has a character reference letter been easier to pen.
I have known Ms. Shyron Bynog for many years and on a personal level I have always found her to be quiet, friendly and gently person. And when she was on duty at 470 Park Avenue South, I can honestly say that she was kind, considerate and caring to every person that entered the building.
I honestly cannot remember an incident that caused her to raise her voice; lose her temper; or act in an inappropriate, disorderly or unprofessional manner.
As far as I'm concerned, Ms. Bynog has more than demonstrated her commitment to honestly, integrity and all the other values we cherish. Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Shyron Bynog was the head of security for the building in which I am employed and I have observed her in numerous different situations and I have never seen her behavior to be anything less than professional. She was a welcoming sight for tenants, but even with people who did not belong in the building, she remained professional and courteous as she ejected them. She is a take-charge person, a quality one would expect from a security chief and was never one who would say, "I don't want to get involved." This is a quality I would expect the police department to appreciate.
On the day in question, she had witnessed an accident involving a city ambulance, went to the aide of the victim and was victimized for "doing the right thing". If this citation is upheld, it sends a message to the public that if we observe an incident involving a city agency we should look the other way. That would be a terrible thing. I believe a police officer arriving on the scene and briefed only by the defendant in the accident, made an erroneous judgment and issued her a citation without knowing the whole situation. I urge you to dismiss it.
I could give you numerous examples of Ms. Bynog's character but one that stands out was an incident where a tenant fell outside our building. I can still see her crouching next to him, offering comfort while waiting a fairly long time for an ambulance to arrive. She is a kind, considerate woman. In a serious situation, she is a person I would definitely want in charge. I know the police have a difficult and thankless job to do, but in this case, they made a mistake and I urge the court to correct it by dismissing this citation.

Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today's work world. The courtesy you extended to me each day was impressive because of its rarity. I even felt safe coming in to the building those early hours knowing you would be there to greet me. I realize a thank-you is a small reward for your diligent work. I am so sorry that you are no longer a part of my day. Good luck to you and God Bless you.

I am a subtenant at 470 Park Avenue South. I have always found Shyron Bynog to be a friendly and efficient concierge and an asset to the lobby of 470 Park Avenue South. Approximately, two years ago I had an accident near the entrance to 470 Park Avenue South at which time I sustained a severe injury to my leg. Shyron came out of the building and immediately came to my assistance. She attended to me until the police and EMS arrived and then assisted the paramedics in stabilizing my injury. She was cooperative and capable and I will always be grateful that she was there to help me. I hope that this letter provides some insight into the fine qualities this woman possesses.

Please be advised that Shyron Bynog has always been helpful and responsive to our tenants needs for assistance at 470 Park Avenue South. Whenever there is a building related problem, Shyron is eager to help resolve it. In addition to being the concierge for the building, she also serves as the Fire Safety Director and she has security responsibilities for all visitors entering the building. In my opinion, she is a " Good Samaritan" in every sense of the word. If you have any further questions concerning my comments, please feel free to contact me.

I was surprised and dismayed to learn of your dismissal. While I presume that you would one day leave 470 Park Avenue South, the expectation was that the landlord would reassign you to a larger property where you skills could be applied to greater effect---certainly, were I property manager, you would be tested with greater responsibilities. As a tenant, I found your presence reassuring both on behalf of my company' security and on behalf of our guests, the building entrance having an obvious and appropriate air of attentiveness and professionalism. Unfortunately your absence is felt.

It is my pleasure to give an outstanding reference for Shyron Bynog.
As a business owner for 20 years and a tenant at 470 Park Avenue South for 10 years, I encountered a succession of different people on the front lobby staff.
By far, the individual who made the best impression on me, on the rest of our agency's staff, and on the many clients who came to visit was Shyron.
She was friendly, outgoing, very responsive to requests, and always professional.
I am fully confident that in all instances she performed her duties above and beyond the requirements of the job. I am also certain that she will bring those traits to her future endeavors.

I am writing about an observation I have made during the time that Shyron has been running the security in our lobby downstairs. Shyron has always been very polite and helpful with the tenants and visitors. In addition, her ability to treat everyone in a respectful and courteous manner, even when people have made it difficult for her to maintain her cool, has always impressed me. By far, she is one of the best since I have been in this building. Hats off to Shyron for a job well done!!

For the past 2 years it has been an enjoyable experience to walk through the front doors of your building at 470 Park Avenue South each day. Shyron saw to it that as many people as possible were greeted with a warm and friendly "good morning" and always addressed you by name. It is a shame that you let her go because in my 20 years working in various NYC office buildings, no one in her position has made a better impression on me. She is a genuinely kind person and conducts herself in a professional manner. You should reconsider and hire her back.
That said, I cannot emphasize enough the polar opposites you now have manning the doors at 470 Park South. These guys are hoodlums and their behavior is aphauling. Not once have I been greeted with any form of pleasantry and more often than not they demand to see an ID in a tone even the most forgiving of people would consider rude. More than once I have seen all three of them ogle the women as they pass by and then make lewd comments when they believe she is out of earshot.
Not only has the best person for the job been ousted, but the worst people for the job replaced her. Don't believe me? Conduct a survey of employees in the building and find out because I cannot be alone in seeing this. Or, come on down and watch them in action.
